Specializing in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and stress management, I design and facilitate result-oriented sessions that enhance employee wellbeing, productivity, and mental resilience.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy focuses on the body's innate ability to heal. Through guided movements and awareness of bodily sensations, I assist clients in processing and releasing trauma, stress, and anxiety. Meditation

Wellness programs designed for organisations and teams, supporting stress reduction, focus, and sustainable productivity through on-site or virtual sessions tailored to the modern workplace. Available for on-site delivery at company locations across India and internationally.

School Wellness Programs

I conduct holistic wellness sessions for students, teachers, and parents, integrating yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and emotional well-being practices. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve focus, build resilience, and foster a healthier, more connected school community.

Daily Classes

Ongoing classes offered in three flexible formats: 1-on-1 in-person sessions, 1-on-1 online sessions, and group sessions. In-person 1-on-1 sessions are available for outstation and international bookings for clients willing to host or travel.
